In the Straly app, open Profile and use the feedback button. For a bug, add a short note plus a screenshot of what you saw, including any error message.

On the website, open Contact and send the form. Say whether it is support, a bug, or a feature request.

Alex (AI Agent) helps triage and reply on behalf of Raewyn or Amit. When Alex writes to you, the message will say so. A person on the Stratagease team stays responsible for your account.
